ROBERT G. MCCOY, JR. ESQ.

Robert McCoy has been in private practice in California for over 16 years.  He is a former adjunct professor of law at Humphries Law School.  He currently is an instructor for Continuing Education of the Bar courses where he teaches attorneys bankruptcy law.  He is an arbitrator for the San Bernardino County Bar Association.  He is California Bar licensed and licensed to practice in the Federal Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California.  He is one of the few attorneys in California who handles bankruptcy-family law crossovers.  He has broad experience in the areas of Family law, civil litigation law, eviction law, collections law, warranty law, and trusts and estates law.  He is a member of the San Bernardino County Bar Association and is a panel attorney for Pre-Paid Legal, and Law Guru.

  He has tried over one-hundred civil law cases.

BILL VAUGHAN, ESQ.

Bill Vaughan is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer.  He has tried seventeen jury trials and numerous bench trials.  He has won almost all his jury trials.  He first became licensed to practice law in 1985.  He was formerly In-House Senior Litigation Counsel for Progressive Insurance Company where he handled personal injury trials and appeals.   Knowing all the tricks the insurance companies use, he now represents plaintiffs in personal injury and civil cases and appeals.  Before he went to work for Progressive, he was in private practice where he gained valuable experience in diverse areas of law including business and corporations law, real estate law, family law, civil litigation law, criminal law, appellate law, and wills and trusts law.  He also has owned and operated several businesses.
